Customer service is a top priority for this broker; they know that keeping traders happy is the best recipe for long term success. Support begins at sign up when you talk to your account rep and is available through chat, email and phone. Additional support in the form of lessons and training is also available. Returns are average for standard accounts, in the range of 70-85%, but can be enhanced for larger accounts. Silver, Gold and VIP accounts get increased returns in the amount of 2, 3 and 4% respectively.

Update August 2016: We tried contacting Live Chat support during the middle of the day (GMT time) and all we got in return was the option to leave a message. The lack of this feature is not professional and needs fixing. Update 2017, once again their so called 24/6 live chat is offline. We wonder if they even have a live chat at all?

Deposits methods include credit cards, wire transfers and CashU. Withdrawals are limited to those methods. Minimum deposit is $250 but larger deposits get enhanced features like higher pay-out, higher bonuses and cash back options. Withdrawal is limited to original method of deposit, credit card withdrawals limited to the original amount of deposit.. The first withdrawal is free but the subsequent withdrawals will cost 50 or more “depending on the case” what that means is not clear… Minimum withdrawal via wire is 500 currencies and 100 for C. C. The one thing that drags the score down is the time to get paid which can run up to 15 full days. Several types of bonuses are available, all with a 30X deposit + bonus minimum, high compared to others so make sure you accept a small bonus only. Bonuses include up to 200% deposit bonus, risk free trades and VIP signals.

Update August 2016: They have added Neteller and Skrill to the list of deposit/withdraw methods. And also 2 new account types: Saving Account and Self-Managed Account. To get more info about either of them, you will have to talk to one of their representatives. For Forex trading the required volume is (Bonus + Deposit) x 50 and for Binary options the wager is the same as before. Keep in mind that you will not be able to withdraw your own money (the deposit) before you reach these trading volumes (which, by the way, are very high).

This broker has a lot of features. One bonus is the addition of forex to binary, or binary to forex, that makes it one of only a handful of dual service brokers. Another extra that makes this broker a top choice for me is the charts. They have a set of highly, extremely, useful charts that are far beyond what the typical broker has to offer. They include up to a full year of data, can be set to any durations, includes bars/candlesticks and have all of the standard indicators. I have been trading binary options through Tradorax for 8 months and I would like to make the following points:

They contacted me in July to tell me about a new promotion which they were “only offering to their good clients. They said that if I deposit another $5000 dollars with them, I would have a month of risk free trading. I asked if there were any conditions attached and was told “no”. I insisted that the analyst – Marcus Davis (who has since left the company) – sends me in writing, that the replacement of my losses would not affect my bonus figure i. e. the amount I have to wager before I can withdraw my money. He did so and I traded for a month and asked my account manager – Christopher Johnson – repeatedly, what was the advantage for Tradorax and every time I was told that they want to entice their good customers into making larger trades. I was also told that this would help me to reach the amount I need to wager much faster. Subsequently, I had all my losses refunded and they then offered me a second month of risk free trading for another $5000 deposit! I eagerly entered into this after I asked Mr. Johnson again, what the conditions for this promotion were and he replied that they were eaxctly the same as for the first promotion so I carried on trading large amounts. A few days into the second promotion, Mr. Johnson finally reveals to me that I have to wager 10 times the amount that was refunded into my account for both promotions. After many conversations and using the email Mr. Davis sent me as proof, I was told that I would not have to wager extra money for the first promotion. However, the rules stood for the second one. After a month I asked if , instead of Tradorax replacing my losses for the last month, I could rather withdraw the money I deposited with them. At this stage, they hadn’t lost anything and I had wagered enough to withdraw all my money if I wanted to. They totally refused this even though they had not held up all their promises; they were supposed to have a senior analyst trade on my behalf twice a week for the duration of the 2nd promotion. This had only happened once in the first week and then never again even though I reminded Mr. Johnson of this several times. So now I have to trade over $1,000,000 before I can withdraw ANY of my money.

This point is even more disturbing. In the last few weeks I noticed the following: Whenever I try to place a trade (PUT or CALL) on a Binary Option, they do not allow me to place the trade unless the price has moved against me (compared to the price when I click ‘Buy’).In addition, they now alter the price that I have just bought on by up to 50 pips against me. So my chances of winning are so much less. They used to stick to the pricing very well as I monitor them very carefully against other sites but they must have decided that they are not making enough money. I think that this practice is underhand and when I told my account manager – Mr. Johnson – about it, he emphatically denied it and told me that he was ‘personally’ insulted. The evidence is there so it makes no difference what he says or thinks. I also escalated this to a Mr. Steve Goldman and the best they could offer me is that they would allow me to withdraw $2000 but I would then have to wager another $200,000 (plus the large amount of $1.2 million) before I see my money. I obviously did not consent to this.

Yes I agree I”m with Tradorax via “Binary options Robot” but after the robot lost more trades than won I tried to do manual trades & had your exact same problem so for instanse you cant do a put trade when the price is rapidly falling, yet you need to that to have a good chance of winning the trade, either if the expiry is minutes (or even hours a lot of the time) I think they are unregulated they wouldn”t be allowed to do that otherwise. To get your money back you need to tell your bank & file a complaint to Action Fraud actionfraud. police. uk/ (if you”re in the UK. I did that with a scam broker called NRG binary & not only got my money back but the site closed down.

i have tried several times to withdraw money, i have invested usd 5000 and they helped me gain some money and also “helped” to lose some. Nothing much spectacular even I have been promised they will trade for me 2-3 x per week. Then 2 times per week and finally it was only one time. I have decided last week to withdraw my +usd 6000 but they would not let me to do so. I changed my password so no more trades will be executed by the trader jake taylor. Now they have re-set the password and I have complained why can’t I log in to my account any longer. They mentioned go the the platform my password was re-se. I logged-in and to my surprise I found 2 long-term trades trades till end of july were executed with all my funds. What can I do now? and good advice? Obrigado.

I also had the same exact problem. When I requested to withdraw my funds of $3,700, this was rejected, my password changed and when I finally logged back into my account, a long term trade was put on my account with half of my funds without my permission of course. The other half of my funds? Tradorax said that they would give that to me at the end of the month!

Very bad practice and I fear that Tradorax does not have the liquidity to meet withdrawal demands. Very upset by this and can’t wait to withdraw all of my funds into a regulated broker.

I can tell you from my own personal experience, I was able to withdraw my money with no problem at all. I have a great rapport with my account manager and have never had a bad experience with Tradorax. On the contrary, I have always found them to be extremely helpful and straight forward.

The interface for Tradorax platform makes it really user friendly but also professional. Its clear and concise, and my account manager is always on hand to assist. They also value customer loyalty by rewarding me with amazing bonuses.

As well as that I recieve several complimentary lessons a week in order to assist me improve and learn new strategies, which has really assisted to my high earnings as a result.

I invested a total of 500USD.

The Caller asked “how much do you want to invest before I open the account for you?”

He later mention that the MIN amount is 150USD and i agreed to the MIN sum.

He asked if i want to upgrade my account for another 350USD. I agreed and said why not after hearing his explanation.

The broker called and started trading my account. He made a profit of 350USD dollar for me and credit it back to my account. I was delighted and it was a sign of relief. (this make a balance of 500USD in my investment account) The broker asked if I wanted to trade lager for another 2500USD to make it 3000Dollars and boasted that he can make 50 to 90% profit in 10days with he 2nd class honour. I denied the offer and made my stand. He called me a COWARD for not listening to him.

Till today, I’m still waiting for the 150USD to be credited back. The balance of 350 in my account was unable to be wired back to me due to the 5000Dollar wager. There were no conditions attached and nor legal binding being email to us for acknowledgement.

Anyway, the 350 in my account is now 0.

To be honest, I will be thankful if the 150Dollar is credited back to me. At least Its a mini lost.

Even if you take no bonus, no risk free trade you will find next to impossible to withdraw your money. So think 10 times before you invest Tradorax. They can change your password also without your permission and can take trade on your behalf without your permission. If you want to close your account for any reason it will be next to impossible. So consider once you invest with Tradorax, it is lost money..It is extremely frustrating broker.

Subsequent to my review in October last year, after I met all the requirements in Tradorax’s terms and conditions, I tried to make a withdrawal of my original deposit. That would have left my profits in the account which were double my investment. I still do not have any money from them and am taking legal action!

Wow my friend, that is some Story. Thanx 4 sharing that w/all of us, I also had heard about the Flim-flamin of the Entry & Exit Prices. But I dismissed it as mayb a 1 time thing. Look how wrong 1 can b bout Things?

You know what, I just been through similar situation. I had deposited about 500 and was trading. After about 1 month, I requested a withdrawal. then, they had some lame excuse they need “voice verification” to let me withdraw. So they had some Tradorax financial advisor guy call me. Long story short, he called me and convinced me to deposit 5,000 to my account and said he will trade the account for me and help me make money. Later on, I found out he only opened the “self-managed” account for me and that basically he is not even going to be trading the account for me. They are very tricky and was false-advertising. He said my account was going to be managed by a broker and they will execute trades for me. Turns out, he just wanted me to deposit the 5,000 and it is just a self-managed account. Also, they offer risk-free trades with the Gold account. However, the broker never stated that with the risk-free trades, there are “wager requirements” that have to be met before I can withdraw my money. That is also another hidden thing they never told me upfront. I can honestly say that Tradorax is a very shady company and have a lot of hidden agendas. DO NOT use them.

Had one of their traders call me, after telling him 50 times that I wont be trading for a few months, he called me ‘poor’, ‘stupid’ and said that he was going to swipe my card details.

Of course I reached out to their support team. After reluctantly engaging in the complaint I raised, they said that their system showed that no one had called me, and that the number that called me was not theirs.. Even though it was advertised on their website and facebook page.

These guys act very nice over emails but over the phone they are a bunch of cowboys. Dont take my word for it, sign up with them and see for yourself.

AND he tells me to deposit 350! He says that was the min deposit. I tried to withdraw my capital for the third time today. Got canceled 2 time before after a 14-days delay.

I mostly arrast the live suport everyday to call me if there was something wrong before cancelling my 2nd withdrawal attempt.

Yesterday, an asshole call me (james I think) and pressured me in keping my money with them. Told me I had two option, they could return my money or manage my money for me. I clearly told them that just want out.

Received an email in the evening to tell me my withdrawal was cancelled again (14 day expired).

The day after, I call my bank to make sure I had the right swift code and iban information. I attemped a withdrawal again and letting only 250$ in my account because it obviously didn’t work to withdraw the capital.

Their stupid live chat robot lady stop replying to me for a while.

Next thing I notice on my left open webpage, I had 0.18$ left. Tried to log back, my password was change, requested a new one and noticed “I” had made 6 trade and lost my 2732$.

The compliance departement agreed to refund me my experience. But their still some profit I leave without. I was supose to remove my bad review but I dont know how.

Final point is; they corrected their mistake but lost a potentially dedicated partner. I will do business with them again only if I’m garanty that no one beside me as access to my platform, I am supported with coaching and I have money to gamble.

I pretty much knew it was dodgy, if these guys can make 10% per week they wouldn’t be trading for me, they’d be living in the Bahamas on their 100 million dollar yacht, but thought, well as long as they keep making my $500 per week, i’ll continue and fend off the pressure.

I purposely did not enter into bonuses, as it ties you to a ridiculous amount of trades.

So after a few weeks, the pressure increased and the talk started to change to “you need more money, its too risky trading like this”.

“Like what?” Eu disse. “You told me that this was easy and you can trade for me once a week and the profits will continue”.

The pressure kept increasing, so i though ok, ive made a couple of grand, i’ll bail out. My account was verified.

When i tried to withdraw, nothing happened. After 7 days, i contacted accounts who replied with your account manager will contact you.

I emailed the account manager who said that it needs voice verification and he’ll talk to me the next day. Why didn’t the accounts dept tell me that?

I replied stating that the account was verified, and that he had told me when i first verified himself it was verified and that “it’s your money buddy, you can withdraw it at anytime”.

I started investing with Tradorax.

6 months ago and the broker I worked with was quite effective. My initial investment of $2000 was nearly doubled in approximately one months time. However, I was leery about trading international and had read reviews about brokers pressuring the clients to invest more and the inability to withdraw funds.

I was able to recoup my original investment but my attempts to withdraw the proceeds (nearly 100% increase) have been cancelled twice. I have tried to get an explanation from them but the bottom line - what is the use of investing if you can not realize the profits? Oh yeah, the pressure to invest more, and more, and more is there too. The reviews are absolutely true and I would not recommend investing with Tradorax!

Hi, A few months ago I had read about cash camp and decided I wanted to give them a try. I signed in to the website and the cash camp computer assigned Tradorax as my broker, within minutes I was getting phone from Tradorax pressuring me to make a deposit which made me very suspicious of them. I did some research on the net and saw some negative reviews so I decided not open an accountant with them. I had asked them if I could use another broker for cash camp and they had told me they were the designated broker. It’s a shame because I know cash camp is a legitimate operation but then you have a broker like Tradorax underhanding cash camps legitimate business. I doubt very much cash camp knows about this. It’s just a shame.

Sigh so much complaints about tradorax.. :/ Researched on about cash camp and it works but to bad it got me stuck with tradorax… So no one had good experience with them? It is normal that those who are unhappy write complaints while those who are happy do not comment at all. Thus, it tends to appear that most comments are only problematic. But you need to keep in mind that for every negative comment there are dozens of happy traders.

Well I have to say that I really like my account manager. Gabriel Cole is awesome and helps me with weekly sessions over Skype. He shows a strategy that actually works as well. I have traded a lot in the past and was never consistent till now. I also find that the Tradorax platform gives good entries and there are only very very rarely any requotes. Honestly, I think there are some really dumb people who should’t be trying to trade. The majority of these comments don’t have a leg to stand on and I don’t even have an account with tradorax and I can tell that many people do not do research on what to do when signing up with brokers. Many do not read the terms and conditions either.

When you’re new to trading and somebody tells you they’ll give you a bonus, and they know you’re new to trading, I think you have a right to expect that they’ll mention something as important to know as that the bonus comes with a “no withdrawal until you trade 30 times the amount” condição. Yeah, yeah, caveat emptor and all that, but I still say that this being a common practice is a condemnation of pretty much the entire field. They’re taking advantage of people’s ignorance and trust, counting on it, in a way that I consider way too shady. I would never run a business like that, and I don’t want to do business with anyone who does.

My experience with Tradorax is also bad. I signed up to an autotrader and deposited to tradorax via that. The auto trader performed badly and I stopped if and tried to withdraw the remaining balance. I had not accepted any bonuses. My initial withdrawal request was cancelled. I placed another, I received an email saying they needed voise verification. Then a broker range me and also tried to talk me into depositing 5K, which I did not do. I told them I just wanted the remaining of my money back and to close the account. I checked yesterday, the money has not been returned and again they have cancelled the withdrawal request. I have put in another withdrawal request and sent through an email. I dont understand why companies do this - I was quite happy with the tradorax platform and would have happily used it again in the future, however this difficult behaviour regarding my withdrawal - the money which is mine - just turns them into a thief and means that I am unlikely to ever use them again in the future. Its dumb really, they work so hard to get new clients instead of looking after existing clients, goes against all the basics of building a business.

I am reporting them to the CFTC so they shut them down in the USA anyway.

Here is my experience with this broker. I signed up with Copy Buffett and I was assigned to Tradorax. In the Copy Buffett settings I chose to make investments of $ 25; from February 23 to March 8, the software has performed 33 trades all with $ 25. In the late afternoon of March 8 I tried to open my Tradorax account to check the account balance but I found I was locked out of my account and it was not possible to log in although I controlled the accuracy of each character of my username and password. I chatted with the operator and she suggested to recover the password with the email procedure but the email that was sent me was blank and it didn’t contain any password. I again contacted the operator and she informed me that it was necessary to do a password reset. I received a new password and with it it was possible to log in to my account. Much to my surprise I found that during the time that I was locked out an investment equal to the account balance of $ 389.17, including cents, had been posted with 60 seconds expiry time, closed OTM, wherefore the balance of my account was equal to zero.

I didn’t post that investment with my computer since at that time I was not connected to my Tradorax account. The Copy Buffett support team is sure that the trade hasn’t been posted from their software that allows only trades of $ 25 or multiples of $ 25 and suggested that Tradorax should check the IP address from which the trade was posted. The same day and in the following days I sent several emails to Tradorax and asked to investigate what had happened and to check what was suggested by Copy Buffett. I have not received any reply to my emails from Tradorax on the problem that I had reported. Evidently they don’t consider that attention and respect to reserve to their customers should be the basis of the relationship between customers and brokers.

I am convinced that something or someone within the computer system of Tradorax has caused the locking out and the posting of the entire balance of the account on a highly risky investment closed OTM in order to void the account. As long as I will not be provided with a convincing explanation of what happened I believe that Tradorax can be counted among the other brokers who do tricks with the customers’ dinheiro.

What was reaction of CopyBuffet ? Because they still provide Tradorax as broker when you sign in to CopyBuffettSoftware service, so it looks like they both cooperate …

My experience with Tradorax has been very positive. I have had a Tradorax account for about 9 months. I began with the smallest deposit that would qualify me for a managed account (e. g. an account in which my broker regularly trades my account). My first broker produced marginal results, and I was transferred to Gabriel Cole, a Tradorax Senior Financial Advisor. Since that point, I have made small deposits each month, and Mr. Cole has regularly traded my account resulting in gains resulting in over doubling my deposits. Mr. Cole is the most skillful technical trader that I have ever witnessed. I have made one small withdrawal during this time. Further, Mr. Cole has coached me in trading techniques and though I have had a couple of setbacks in that regard, my confidence is growing.

Now that it’s been a full year, how’s it going?

I am trying to withdrawl my money and so far no luck. They called and say that they need to verify me this and that when i handed in all documents way before i put my money in and got verified by them. Now every time i try to withdrawl my money it goes to API. Some days ago another broker called me and said that he needs to verify by phone that the account is mines. I too have had a similar shocking experience with Tradorax. Marcus Davis and Christopher Johnson would continually hound me on the phone to deposit more money of $5K to $20K. They kept saying I would be upgraded to the Corporate level. I stopped trading for awhile, and than I was blocked from my account and than I received an email to say my withdrawal was confirmed, I hadn’t even requested one. The withdrawal was actioned on the 28th March 2016, and since than I have had no contact with Tradorax. I have sent 4-5 emails to support@tradorax, the contact phone number is never answerered. I have emailed Christopher Johnson about 10 times, but he keeps saying he is no longer my account manager, and I need to speak with customer service. Olá & # 8230; they don’t answer the phone. I am going to lay complaints with all the different agencies and these scam artists need to be closed down and prosecuted.

I had a good working relationship with Mr. Johnson, my account built to a nice 40k and then in one trading session, they traded over 200k and pretty much lost all of my fund. There was 5k left in my account and I put in a withdraw request, they cancelled this request and did a long term trade, that does not look good for me…now I cannot contact them…any help is appreciated.

Never take anything from a broker, never a bonus or risk free trades, or any trading advice. They simply make money when we lose. Since 95% of people lose, brokers make a lot of money. The problem is that brokers draw you in with promises that they are on your side or can tell you the trades to make. first of all I couldnt login to my account I had to reset the password more than once, and then I saw that they canceled my withdrawal of $1000 and placed many losing trades and 2 long trades expiry end of July with all of my balance! $1500, still no resposne from them I suggest you all to stay away from them. first they said I have been hacked but after reading many reviews I see that the same happened to many accounts not only mine. amar. tukic@gmail.

So i started trading with Tradorax as well, after my initial investment of 350 usd they kept calling me to try to get me to invest more. i told them no unitl i make some money i would not invest any more. needless to say i lost the 350 usd and went down to 60 usd. I stop using them for a few weeks then got a call from a Samuell Levin at 7:00AM told him not to call me at this hour and hung up. Not an hour after that i get a fraud text alert on my phone, i call my credit card company and come to find out TRADORAX is trying to withdrawal 3500 usd. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE .

It seems that a lot of people were scammed by this company, not only me.

I deposited $10 500-00 with this company and I was appointed a broker. In the beginning I was informed by the broker that he is trading in a VIP platform which was not accessible to me and that he is trading with guarantees (whatever that means).

The account grew very quickly to around $18 000-00. I later discovered that this was as a result of bonuses which were approved. Then the problem started. Suddenly one day I was unable to login my account and email their support department to assist. I got a temporary password and was able to login to the account only to discover that 2 losing traces to the value of $6 000-00 were made without my knowledge. A few days later the same thing happened. I again requested a temporary password and again discovered that another three trades were made without my permission or knowledge. These trades expired last night (31 May 2016). Two of the trades were in the money last night. This morning I was again unable to login to my account.

It seems that my broker is gaining access to my account by requesting the support department at Tradorax to reset my password and then do illegal trades.

Effort to withdraw money from the account were also unsuccessful. The requests are either cancelled or the money are just not paid out.

It there nothing we can do to stop this company from scamming people. The actions of this company is giving all binary trading companies a bad name.

My problem with Tradorax is solved. Lets give them a second try!

I have taken the time to read all of these entries, and my takeaway from all of this is that I’m nervous about Tradorax business practices.

I joined CopyBuffett on April 27, and was contacted right away by Tom Svensen, who confused me on Day One about a “risk-free” bônus. After asking him several different ways it sounded like if I lose my initial $350 USD they pay it back, and since I was going to invest that much anyway I said okay. He had me set the strength at 90% and the trade volume at the smallest amount, $25.

I had a period of time where I fooled around with placing my own trades, made another $350 deposit because of my foolishness, but in this process accidentally lucked into the correct setting to achieve 83% accuracy with the CopyBuffett software. At this point near the end of my first month I determined to keep my hands off of the manual trader, and I built my account up to $803 as of last Friday.

This week the auto trading robot just up and quit. It took me until just a few minutes ago to get it running again, and I cannot figure out why. Tradorax had me write an email to CopyBuffett (they have no other contact method), and all CopyBuffett replied to was to ask me if my deposit synced with the broker’s account.

Tradorax, there are a lot of horror stories about you guys in these pages, but I’m willing to assume that you’d like to continue to be in business, and I’m also willing to give this a chance on my own terms. I have, like many others here, been asked repeatedly to “invest $5,000 in a one-day event completely risk-free to make at least 10% profit” by David Miller. And just this morning I discovered that my new broker is Christopher Johnson. Oh, and I was called yesterday by a Jonathan Wilson who said he was the head of the finance department in regards to the withdrawal I requested; it was for all but $100, and he was trying to convince me not to close the account! I insisted that I had no intention of closing, that I just wanted to take out my initial investment, and could he please do my voice authorization. He said he couldn’t, that my broker had to, and that has had me scratching my head. Why can’t the head of finance authorize a withdrawal?

My intent is this: the CopyBuffett response clearly stated that I MUST use their assigned broker based on region (kind of curious, because I’m in the Western U. S. and Tradorax is in London), so I am going to be a passive investor while I test these three things:

1) The ease of receiving monthly withdrawals as a form of income.

2) The future customer service responsiveness of the CopyBuffett and Tradorax platforms.

3) The continued accuracy margin of the CopyBuffett software.

As of today I am over 24 hours into a request for my first withdrawal, and still awaiting a “voice verification callback” as so many others have mentioned before me here. I am hoping that this process will be smooth, and continue to run smoothly into the future.

I am currently satisfied with the robot’s performance, and CopyBuffett states that Tradorax is one of their “trusted brokers.” I am eagerly looking forward to Tradorax earning that trust now and into the future, as I can mathematically see the potential for profit.

In closing, I noted a Tradorax reply in this string that people who succeed generally do not comment, only the people with bad experiences do, or some paraphrase of that. I will be the first to give you a ringing endorsement and a positive testimonial if you perform to the level that I believe CopyBuffett expects of you.

I’ve been trading with tradorax for almost a year now, they are one of my two favorite brokers. Their education center is really good, and I like their “buy me out” option which allows you to sell your smartoption before the expiration time.

I put money in BinaryBook and they also have an education center (maybe not so good) and some good options including “sell” on some trades, for part of the time anyway.

I’ve also not had a problem with withdrawing money.

BUT I’ve had money lost by an autotrader software (they denied any connection) and (after gaining money) lost a bunch by their trading(all up front though, none of these “mystery trades”). And calls urging me to put in thousands when I’ve made it clear it’s a strain for me to put in hundreds. So while I haven’t had some of the nightmares reported here, I’m still not happy with them. And it makes me suspicious when you praise Tradorax for a couple minor features and don’t say anything about the important stuff.

The UI review is 100% correct, their system could use a few touch ups and looks outdated but everything else top notch, this is by far one of the best brokers I signed up with.

“Recent” being an important point here. How recent? Have they helped you increase your investment? Have they been urging you to deposit more money? Have you withdrawn much? Your comment is pretty much just a rubber stamp without any details.

I am having similar problems. I was linked to Tradorax through “Copy Buffett Software App”. I was told by my Representative (I think Ari S) he would trade my account and make more money. I told him I did not want someone other than myself or the software named above to trade. He did not listen. My account varied from $350 upto $1020. When I requested to withdraw I needed to provide the various forms of identification. This done, my account dropped to under $11. Several emails past and my account rose to $250. Now Tradorax wants me to provide voice verification. The company has never spoken with me, how can they require voice verification? Is this a part of their terms? Eu não consegui encontrar.

Further, Tradorax blames the Auto Robot software for the many trades that were not successful. This is not possible as many trades were over $125. I had the robot set at $25.

I have same problem with tradorax two long term trades 1000 an 5000 on currency don’t expire til nov 30 th started with 6000 got up to 8623 but don’t like these trades unless they win but doesn’t look good rite now was told I would trade weekly in smaller amounts.

Tradorax please respond ASAP. I requested my account closed and my money withdrawn. I have met all of your requests for verification to withdraw the funds. I have met the amout of trades required for the bonus. I am wondering why on June 15th I requested my money. It showed in pending status then on June 21st at 6:47 you cancelled my request and reset my password. Then 3 minutes later at 6:49 you placed a 2000. trade without my authorization. You took the amout requested for withdraw and traded it without my consent leaving .16 cents in my account. I have attempted daily to call, Skype, online chat with “Vicky” and contact my supposed VIP broker Ryan Collins. I have all of my correspondence documented. I look forward to your quick response and issuance of my funds that I have requested. I do not want to have to deal with this further than that. Let’s get this resolved so that it doesn’t have to go any further.

Those of us here in the US have no really great options when it comes to binary options. I have traded long enough t know that you NEVER take a bonus and you never agree to allow them to trade for you or they can tie up your funds for a LOOOONNNNGGG time. However, I wanted to try out the Copy Buffett software & Tradorax was the only broker assigned to me so I funded $350 into an account. The software ‘seems’ to actually work on some level but Tradorax makes it impossible to get your money. Having nearly tripled my account I decided to try to w/d my initial deposit. After making the request I noticed that I couldn’t log in the next day. They had changed my PW and set up 2 LONG – TERM trades on my account in the amount of my request. WHAAAAA!? That is incredibly ridiculous! So 2 months later when those 2 trades expired (1 ITM & the other OTM), I put in another request and waited for a couple of weeks only to watch it be cancelled by them. You can NEVER reach them by phone. Seriously, I have sat on hold for over an hour (multiple times) with never getting a live person on the phone. When you reach “Julie” at their on-line support desk she’s all too happy to inform you that she will forward your request over to finance dept…who of course will never return your call or email. The only person(s) I have ever spoken to from their company has been my ever-changing ‘broker’ who only called to see if they could get me to deposit more funds into my account and then let them trade it for me. As of this message I have put in another w/d request of $600 and they have actually given me my $350 back. Only after (once again) changing my password and doing several long-term trades with the rest of account balance. What a joke and a total SCAM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this ‘broker’ At this point I am convinced that they only operate as a new style of HYIP. They collect new money from new traders on the front end to try and payout older traders on the backend. Apparently they have swindled enough funds from newer traders now to be able to at least give me back my initial deposit. How infuriating. Today I will be calling my credit card company (Capitol One) to try and get Tradorax black-listed so no other ‘suckers’ (like me) get taken.

My opinion is : in your case the issue with Tradorax is not just about Tradorax but also about Copy Buffet Software, isn’t it ? How they can provide such broker through their (CopyBuffett) service ?

Unfortunately I do not have any good news for you:

I tried to withdraw $25000 (out my $74000) account on Friday 22nd July 2016. Their system actually accepted my withdrawal request and reduced my account balance by $25000.

When I tried to log in to my account yesterday (25th July), my password had been reset by them.

What followed was exactly as ‘roland’ and ‘New York’ describe above. They have entered long term trades up to the full value of what I had in my account when I requested the withdrawal ($74000), to expire 29th December.

When I called them this morning, they reset my password saying that ‘there must have been a problem with their system’ and I logged in only to find $4.28 left in my account with the long term trades for the full $74000. In addition, in their ‘History’ section, it showed that my withdrawal had been cancelled.

I tried calling back and kept on getting through to the same rude woman ‘Valerie Grey’ who refused assist me any more, refused to put me through to anyone else and would not give me the name of any senior manager within the company. She said that they will contact me in a couple of hours and eventually she just put the phone down on me.

I am still waiting!

This is extremely worrying for me as I am also retired and was (stupidly) depending on that money – which is a very large amount.

I managed to make numerous withdrawals from Tradorax, I am an American citizen and for me the withdrawing process is the most important thing in a brand.

I just started with Tradorax. Not very happy so far!! The account manager call and woke me up in the morning! I told them call in the afternoon!! Both EST. He lied to me on the minimum, then said you have to decide right now or forget it!! Kevin is an account manager with a NY Phone #.

Then I get a phone call from Gabriel, senior broker!! No, financial adviser now?? Skype d with him, it ended immediately and he disappeared when he asked me my goals!!

I asked support a question on Monday, and one on Tuesday! Course we all know how that goes, you never will get a reply!! 8 out of 10 stories from other people say they’ve never got their money back, account gets shut down when they asked!!

I have been trading with Robert Nixon for about 45 days. I have $10350.00 deposited in my account. I used all of my savings as Nixon guaranteed me by the end of August I would get my total investment back and use my profits for future trading. It is 8/24 and without my knowledge Robert invested all my funds into two thirty day trades which are scheduled to finish on 8/31 at 1200. So far, they are ahead. But I am very worried I will not get my funds back at all. After reading many of the Facebook posts, I am sick to my stomach. I had to borrow to pay part of the $10k back. My wife will kill me. Paul, just wondering how things turned out for you? They have $14000 of my money. I have not had any issues up to this point. My account manager calls 2-3 times a week. We are suppose to discuss next week starting a monthly automatic withdrawal of around 20% of profits while reinvesting the rest. I am still nervous after reading about issues others are having.

Don’t believe in Neo2 and Tradorax.

When i see them make me always lost and i don’t have any control to my account.

I make withdrawal for my money and still pending for 5 days, after they canceled my order, and turn on my Neo2 robot with risk 10 and strength 70.

I call them and i talk with the support but no body care, Only they make me lose another money again.

well I’m back again. The new news is that after the last time I reported on this forum, we finally got a call back from a tradorax trader/employee from the compliance department. We explained about our disappearing traders and he informed us that 2 of the 3 we had dealt with had been fired for improper practices. he told us that he was there specifically to help us and got all our information. We also sent him copies of all our deposits, requests for withdrawals, etc. He said he would check them over and get back to us. Well guess what. It has been almost a month and we have heard nothing. Blaine (Hubby) finally got hold of the compliance dept. again and the woman on the phone said the gentleman had been on holiday and would be back Monday. She would have him call us then. That was 2 Mondays ago and still nothing. He is not answering Skype texts or calls or emails. A new request for withdrawal was cancelled and the funds re-invested meanwhile none of the trades have done anything but take more of our money. a kindergarten class would have a better record at placing trades than these guys. We are still holding out hope but if anyone reading this is thinking about putting any money with Tradorax, stuff it back in your pocket and run very fast in the opposite direction.

when you make profit , they close your account, and you are unable to login, they don’t answer on live chat, they hang up the moment they find out it is you, it is impossible to withdraw anyfunds !

I honestly think they’re quite fair. Once again, not the best out there, but simply fair. They provide the main features a trading platform should provide, they allow Americans to participate, their service is quite reasonable. I’ve had my funds withdrawn with them twice and I encountered minimum amount of problems. Surely you’ll have to send them all of the verification papers needed in order to get your money back but it’s not a problematic process.

I started off with them being a very good broker. I placed trades and to the best of my knowledge they where executed properly. I hadn’t traded for a while so logged into my account to start trading again. Someone had placed trades without my knowledge. In fact they placed trades that nearly emptied my account. I will stay away from Tradorax. I invested first 2K, the account went to 4K, then invested another 4K, and the account kept increasing until the account got above 20K. They kept changing account managers. They will get some long trades going, once they expired, account will sit idle. Submit a withdrawal of my funds available to me, bot the bonus, and it was declined. Try contacting them they will not answer the phones, or emails.

Try to login to my account and I can’t login.

I had a good profit and kept it in the account and stopped trading for a few months. Suddenly I could not access my account. I could not reset my password via email. After a long talk with support I found that they changed my email address. When they corrected that, I could reset my password and when I logged in found that all my funds were placed in 2 trades for the end of the month. I informed my account manager but nothing was done. At the end of the month I found that 1 trade was successful and I only had my original deposit left. I did not withdraw it on the Monday, but changed my password to try and secure my account. The next day I could not log in. After a another long call to support I found that all the money in my account was placed in a trade that failed and my account was locked because there was not enough funds in it. In short, I was robbed point blank by trades not made by myself.

Hi there my name is Michael I recently joined Tradorax 2-3 months ago, I deposited $500 and was happy with the trading platform BUT just I as thought all was well I had traded my account up to $1200 so I thought that was a good time to withdraw my initial deposit of $500 but it was cancelled but the company, so I contacted the company because they had also locked me out my account and when the reset my password and I got access they had placed two trades without my consent of $300 each that were to end at the end of September. I called again and they told me to let the the trades run and they would sort it at the end of month and that’s what I done, come the end of the month I had managed to trade my account up to $2000 and once again I wanted to withdraw my $2000 but It got cancelled again and this time when I managed to get back into my account they had placed 2 trades of $1000 each, I once again went back on the phone to complain and get the trades cancelled they told me they couldn’t do that, I told them that I never gave permission for all these trades to be placed I just wanted to withdraw my money. The company have not only conned me of my initial deposit but also of the money I had earned, I got a phone call saying if I invested another $500 they would cancel one of the $1000 trades I said no I wanted both cancelled and I wanted my money but they refused, I’m not sure if this is something you can help Me and I know I’m not the only person.

I opened my account today, I found same trade in my account.

I do not know who did this.

I deposited thru a broker Mendoza and later told he was sacked and Raymond Brown took over my account. He placed 3 long trades with all my funds when I tried to withdraw and towards the expiry 30/11/2016,a Peter Brown called me to inform me he will be looking after my account. 1st of Dec I tried withdrawing and they placed another trade and now I can’t login. I have tried calling and no answer but have used friends phone 4 times and the moment I mention my name they cut me off. Where can I get help.

I deposited $250 in May 2016 and a broker by the name of Jordan Leham tried to advise me that he would trade for me since I was new to trading yet I wanted to trade on my own. When I felt uneasy I tried to make a withdrawal but it was always reversed and I even got a call and an email from him insisting that I cannot just make a withdrawal without informing him. After some smooth talk from his side he advised me to deposit more money and explained the benefits thereof and thereafter he constantly insisted on more deposits and I eventually deposited a total of about $1130. When I was not happy with what was happening I decided again to make a withdrawal it was again reversed. I was not even able to make my own trades someone traded for me against my will even when I asked them to stop trading on my behalf. The account eventually more than doubled at one stage and even then when I tried to just withdraw what I deposited it was rejected and reversed. this continued until the account dropped to about $2 when I checked in this week. This is why the public calls binary options a scam, it’s because of companies like TRADORAX, nobody can tell me any different. this still won’t put me off because there must be some legitimit companies out there who are honest.

Same problems with traderox adam Goldman was account manager gave him 6000 was told I’d get 600 a month salary an he would invest the remainder of profits then he made to trades long term 5 months one 5000 an one 1000 lost them both had nothing left then managers called said give him 1000 he would put in 4000 and get my money back and adam doesn’t work there anymore they said they never got the 1000 $ now they won’t answer there phone or emails.

Tradorax is suck.

I have deposited USD 250 and lost till USD 118.75, so i made withdrawn all the balance on 06/02/17, but it shocked me someone has cancelled my withdrawal as below banking historty show in the system:

And more shocked me is at the same day losing all the money till left USD 15 as below trade history shown, now USD 15 cannot trade and also cannot withdraw as below minimum, so means i being scam by Tradrox-suck all the USD250 in 7 days.

I was attracted by a video on the web which was featured on TV and it looked very attractive letting the robot following the “Tradorax algoritm”. I transferred Euro 500,- AND THE ROBOT MANAGED TO LOSE IT IN 2 HOURS TIME. Don’t do it!

I invested over $40,000 and they won’t let me make a withdrawal, pretty much same story. I have now engaged an international attorney to sue them for breach of contract. There is an indication that they are operating out of Israel, if you feel that you have been defrauded by them don’t hesitate to file a report with the FBI as they are welcoming reports from victims anywhere in the world.

I have invested over sixty thousand with Tradorax. I tried to do a with draw in October of 2016.however, they lock me out of my account. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. it has been a year now I still unable to achieved anything from them.

I am very frustrated. I have tryed to do withdrawal from my accoun dunig the last six moths. Suprisingly yesterday they shut down the platform and the account is gone. This is a crime! Do the athorites i London do anything about this?

Can we do somthing in common?
